About Hearts and Heels
Hearts and Heels
Hearts and Heels is a one-hour talk-focused show that provides a platform for men and women to share and hear testimonies of being impacted and overcoming life’s challenges. Each week we seek to encourage people through inspirational messages, knowledge, wisdom, laughter, and real talk. Guests will be invited to share their experiences or provide expertise on a variety of topics and events. Each show will seek to celebrate every stage of life, leaving listeners with practical and actionable spiritually-based advice to promote a healthy mind, body, soul, and spirit.
Hearts and Heels air weekly for one hour every Thursday from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. CST on 90.7 FM WVAS in Montgomery, AL, which also broadcast live on the TuneIn application and www.wvasfm.org. Hearts and Heels stream live on www.heartsandheels.org and all available social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, etc.). The conversations focus on the chosen topic of the week as hosts and guests encourage the listening audience and respond to both questions and comments from the hosts and listeners. Some shows intermix music, poetry, news snippets, pre-produced interviews, and more to fit the week’s talking points and discussions. The show’s content is created by the co-hosts and approved by the Executive Producer.

Raised in Pine Apple, AL, Minister Shae Robinson, known affectionately as “Lady Shae”, is a woman on the move as she serves her community by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and volunteering with different organizations. She is the mastermind behind the Outpour, a major event that was created to break down racial barriers and bring unity in the local community. She also leads initiatives that emphasize women empowerment.
She accepted her call into ministry at the age of 38. Accepting her call has impacted the lives of many through ministering and teaching the Word of God.
Through her lived experiences and struggles with depression, abandonment, rejection, hurt, shame, and guilt, Lady Shae speaks life to the brokenhearted and desires to see everyone living in freedom. Along with being an Elect Lady, she leads a small group called The Freedom Experience, a ministry focused on healing and restoration. Her first book, "From Obscurity to Greatness”, will be released this summer.
Lady Shae is also the visionary and co-host of an award-winning radio talk show called Hearts and Heels that airs live every Thursday at 6 pm CST on 90.7FM and worldwide. “Hearts and Heels was birth to provide a voice to victory, triumph, perseverance, endurance, and faith”, she states. The show brings life to the scripture in Revelations that says we overcome by the blood of the lamb and word of our testimony.
Understanding her mother’s passion and desire for her to maximize her full potential, Lady Shae graduated with honors from Jefferson Davis High School in Montgomery, AL. She later graduated from Auburn University Montgomery with a bachelor’s in finance. After several professional years in banking and education, Lady Shae completed her MBA from Faulkner University and is currently pursuing her doctorate degree from Hampton University.
Her most rewarding achievement, by far, is being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She is married to Bishop Rod Robinson, and they have four children, Jordan, Joshua, Jalen, and Kaila, who blessed the family with Kalasia.
